Luna Park Sydney

Now that entry to Luna Park is free, come on down and have a wander around one of Sydney's favourite icons. Soak up the atmosphere and the magnificent views while the kids enjoy the rides and games, or have a go yourself and relive your childhood. Step back in time at Coney Island, test your driving skills on the Dodgems, see what's happening in The Big Top or just sit back on the Ferris Wheel and make the most of the bird's eye view.

Luna Park first opened in 1935 and has since become a most outstanding and recognisable feature of Sydney Harbour's northern foreshore. Located near the northern pylon of the Sydney Harbour Bridge, the Face and Towers of Luna Park have become iconic to the people of Sydney, and the venue itself synonymous with fun.

The long awaited re-opening of Luna Park on the 4th of April 2004 saw a significant refurbishment, construction and renovation program that has been undertaken since its inception. Whilst retaining the fun and flavour of its amusement park history, Luna Park's facilities are being broadened to offer patrons more entertainment choice, food and beverage options, better accessibility and a wider range of functions and events.

Luna Park is located at Milsons Point, just under the northern end of the Sydney Harbour Bridge. It is easily accessible by train, bus, ferry and car. Public Transport Information timetables are available by calling 131 500.

We look forward to seeing you at Luna Park Sydney soon!
