Millicent Visitor Information Centre

This is a fully accredited centre that provides extensive, up to date information of the region, as well as surrounding regions. Souvenirs, Internet, maps, jewellery, locally made craft and local publications are available.

The Living History Museum, located next door to the Information Centre, has evolved around the old school house. The Millicent, Victoriana, Aboriginal and Natural History rooms are located here. Over 20 fully restored horse drawn vehicles are an impressive feature of the Museum.

Other displays include the Shipwreck Room, a T Class Locomotive, operating Water Wheel, and a fully equipped Blacksmiths Shop. Entrance is via the Visitor Information Centre (small entry fee applies).
