Tondoon Botanic Gardens on Glenlyon Road, Gladstone is only 6km from the City Centre.

Discover 104 hectares of forest, lake, walking tracks, botanical and rainforest displays.

Tondoon offers a range of attractions and features including orchid house, birdwatching, local ecosystem study and a Japanese tea house.

Enjoy picnicking, barbeques, there is a great  playground for children and regular displays at the Visitor Centre.

Tondoon Botanic Gardens has extensive wheelchair access and clean toilet facilities.

The Gardens cafe is open seven days a week.

Guided tours are also available.

Opening times are: October - March 9am to 6pm, April - September 8.30am to 5.30pm.  Closed Good Friday, Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
